What is your minimum order quantity?
Custom / private label projects start at 1,000 pieces. Ready-stock products start at one piece; ask for the current stock list.
Is sampling free?
Yes. We offer free sampling, with a reference sample development period of 3–7 days. Confirm project-specific arrangements with our team.
Can you customize the formulation?
We support formulation customization and customer-sample development. Share your product brief and target market for feasibility review.
How long does a project take?
Sample review, applicable product filing, materials, packaging, manufacturing and transport contribute to the timeline. Final schedules are agreed in the contract.
Can you handle export orders?
We accept export orders and hold customs filing records. Product-level requirements and shipping terms are confirmed for each destination and order.
Do you have Halal certification?
We do not currently hold Halal certification. Tell us if it is required for your market or channel so that the requirement can be assessed before accepting the project.
How is quality managed?
In-house microbiological and physicochemical laboratories, finished-product batch inspection, independent release and batch-level traceability support our quality process.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Please contact Asher to arrange a visit and discuss your audit requirements.
Can you supply hotel or tourism products?
We can discuss private label hair and personal care projects for these channels. Pack sizes, set formats and particular packaging requirements are assessed individually.
